Charisma . Does it belong to you?

One of my interests in life is the existance of charisma.
Many confuse charisma with celebrity, but I am meaning it as described in this definition provided by encarta:

cha·ris·ma [ kə rízmə ]
noun
Definition:

1. personal magnetism: the ability to inspire enthusiasm, interest, or affection in others by means of personal charm or influence
2.  (plural cha·ris·ma·ta [ kə rízmətə ]) divine gift: a gift or power believed to be divinely bestowed
[Mid-17th century. Via ecclesiastical Latin< Greek kharisma< kharis “favor, grace”]

Word Usage

Charisma meaning “personal magnetism”:In their generalized meanings, charisma and charismatic have moved a long way from their original meanings in theology, where they referred to supernatural gifts of speaking, healing, and so on. The modern meanings have developed from a use in sociology, in which the sense is “power of leadership or authority,” first used in translations of the German sociologist Max Weber (1864-1920).

with this said, it is both a cultivated personality trait AND something certain people are just born with.
I am interested in anyone’s ability to both radiate intense amounts of charisma, and then that same person’s loss of charasmatic quality.

Since all conversations about relationships and advice leak into this topic (why did they come? why did they stay? why did they leave? why wont they listen to me? ect.) I have adressed this topic alone in order that anonymous questions get answered.

What makes one person stand out over another, when the common misconception that one is “more attractive” than another is put to rest?
What is that factor that so many think is simply looks or money or inherited opportunity?

Everyone has different ideas of what is beautiful.
Everyone has different priorities, and everything in life is viewed through this priority-lens … like a fingerprint, its usually different for everyone.
This fact makes charisma impossible to duplicate by copying another person. You cant fake likes and dislikes for long.

I will talk about enhancing , increasing , and projecting personal charisma intentionally.
We can talk about  charasmatic people and why they were successful.

Charisma can be political, religious , heirarchical , ect.

Who are the most charasmatic people you can think of?
Were they historical or are they modern?

Do you think charisma can be self-taught or is it just something you got or dont?
